10 Ways To Start Monday Morning Positively

I do not buy into Mondays being the worst day of the week, sorry I don’t. They are the start of the week so they should be made into positives and positive thinking and we should all be motivated! Some of my best days have been Mondays so I totally believe that they can have a good effect on the rest of your week.
  1. Get up and think about one (or five) things that you are actually happy and grateful for.
  2. Have a shower with all your favourite products.
  3. Grab a big fat cup of coffee.
  4. Put on your favourite lipstick.
  5. Make an effort, Mondays often don’t seem to be the time to make an effort but do it!
  6. Do something nice for someone else.
  7. Pay someone a compliment and make their morning.
  8. For gods sake, smile, life isn’t that bad, it’s only a Monday.
  9. Scroll through Instagram to find some motivational pictures, here's mine I've already posted some.
  10. Don’t complain it’s Monday, there is absolutely no need.
