I am a massive fan of Arrabiatta and wanted to try a new take on it. I always make it the same way, which is nothing on my Dad's, so I've come up with a new recipe which is so easy to make and delicious too!
Ingredients:- 1 Tin of Tomatoes
- 1 Onion, blitzed in a food processor
- 1 tbsp Very Lazy Chopped Garlic in Oil*
- 2 tsp Very Lazy Piri Piri Chillies in Oil*
- ½ Chicken Stock Cube, crumbled
- 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 Chicken Breast, seasoned
- Carrot Spaghetti, to serve
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 200C and prepare chicken by adding the seasoning of your choice. Cook for 40 minutes.
- Spray the pan with Fry Light and add the onion and garlic, let it soften then add the chillies, tin of tomatoes, chicken stock cube and mixed herbs. Let it simmer until the chicken is cooked.
- Once the chicken is done, cut into cubes or pull into smaller pieces. I personally prefer pulling it! Add it to the tomato sauce and stir well.
- Serve over carrot spaghetti, add some cheese, parmesan would be perfect, and enjoy!

Fab post lovely, this sounds so lovely. Recently I’ve been loving carrot spaghetti always picking a tub up in Tesco as I’m too lazy to make my own haha.
