Ingredients:
1 x Pack Prosciutto
1 x 70g Bag of Wild Rocket
½ Cantaloupe Melon, cut into cubes
1 Pack Mozzarella Balls, I used the Galvani Minis
A Handful of Crushed Yushoi*
Balsamic Glaze
Method:
Like any salad, it is very much just assembling it. Arrange the rocket leaves, melon cubes, mozzarella balls and prosciutto on a large serving platter. Add the chilli, sprinkled evenly over the salad. Sprinkle over the crushed yushoi crisps, to add a crunch and a contrasting flavour. Drizzle over some balsamic glaze. Serve and enjoy!
