Let's Talk

These past few weeks, I have really been getting myself together. I had a realisation that my mental health had really started to suffer and I had to get it sorted out. But I also had to help myself by living a much healthier lifestyle.

Whilst I have built an amazing support network around me, I have also distanced myself from all the negative relationships and feelings I had, this alone has made a huge difference to a healthier lifestyle and I feel so much better because of it.

To be honest, I felt completely lost, I had abandoned all my hobbies, stopped doing what I loved. The one thing that kept me going and grounded was my Bullet Journal. It is literally a god send.

I then decided to take a step back and re-evaluate all of my goals and make sure they actually what I want to achieve. It worked, I felt less pressure on myself and at the end of the day, I can only be the best that I possibly can.

My point is that I have managed to get myself together and I thought I would share my tips for you to do the same!
  • Detox your life of all toxic relationships
  • Eat better, feel better
  • Take a step back and take a deep breath, then carry on
  • Go back to what you love, find passion in your hobbies again
  • Surround yourself with a great support network and people you love
  • Re-evaluate your goals, make sure you are being realistic
